The far side of the county, minded properly
Iveragh is beautiful and brutal in equal measure: brutal on dishes, aerials and anything else bolted to a roof facing the Atlantic. Repairs here are as much about how something is fixed to the building as what the kit is, and ten years of Kerry coastal work has taught us what survives.
Broadband is the other story. Big stretches of the peninsula are still waiting, and Starlink has quietly ended the wait for houses from Kells around to Ballinskelligs. Survey, mount, cable, router, tested before we leave, and the shed or the holiday let can be brought onto the same connection while we are there.

Cookies
This website does not set any tracking or advertising cookies. We store a small flag in your browser's local storage only to remember that you have dismissed the cookie notice. Cloudflare (including the Turnstile anti-spam check on the chat) may set a strictly necessary cookie or make network requests in accordance with its own policies.
Data Retention
Enquiries submitted through the contact form or the Cara chat widget are held in our secure lead-management database and are automatically deleted after 90 days. Any enquiry details held in email are retained only as long as necessary to respond to and fulfil your request, and not beyond a reasonable period after the matter is resolved.
