When you submit the enquiry form on this website, we collect:

If you use the Cara chat widget on this site, the content of your conversation may be processed to generate a response and may be forwarded to us as a lead enquiry.

The AI chat assistant (Cara)

Cara is an automated AI assistant, not a person. Your messages are processed by an AI model to generate a reply, and a member of our team reads enquiries and follows up. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat.

How We Use Your Data

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and, if requested, to provide a quote for our services. Your enquiry is stored in a secure lead-management system so we can reply to you and keep track of your request. We do not use your data for marketing without your consent, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to a direct enquiry you have submitted) and, where applicable, your explicit consent. You are free to withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Who processes your data

• Formspree: processes contact-form submissions and forwards them to us by email.
• Cloudflare: runs the contact form and the Cara chat assistant, stores enquiries securely, and runs the Turnstile anti-spam check.
• Anthropic: provides the AI model that powers Cara.
• Resend: sends enquiry emails to our inbox.

Cookies

This website does not set any tracking or advertising cookies. We store a small flag in your browser's local storage only to remember that you have dismissed the cookie notice. Cloudflare (including the Turnstile anti-spam check on the chat) may set a strictly necessary cookie or make network requests in accordance with its own policies.

Data Retention

Enquiries submitted through the contact form or the Cara chat widget are held in our secure lead-management database and are automatically deleted after 90 days. Any enquiry details held in email are retained only as long as necessary to respond to and fulfil your request, and not beyond a reasonable period after the matter is resolved.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate data
