Which one do you actually need?
Most people ring about one thing and end up needing another, so it is worth knowing how the six fit together. If fibre has not reached you, Starlink is the connection itself. If the connection is fine but the far end of the house is not, that is a Wi-Fi job, and if the far end is a shed or a second house it is a point-to-point link instead of a cable.
On the TV side, a dish is satellite and an aerial is Saorview, and the fix depends on which one you have on the wall. Farm cameras sit on top of whichever connection is there. If you are not sure which of those describes your house, describe the problem on the phone and we will tell you.

The AI chat assistant (Cara)
Cara is an automated AI assistant, not a person. Your messages are processed by an AI model to generate a reply, and a member of our team reads enquiries and follows up. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat.
How We Use Your Data
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and, if requested, to provide a quote for our services. Your enquiry is stored in a secure lead-management system so we can reply to you and keep track of your request. We do not use your data for marketing without your consent, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to a direct enquiry you have submitted) and, where applicable, your explicit consent. You are free to withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
Who processes your data
- Formspree: processes contact-form submissions and forwards them to us by email.
- Cloudflare: runs the contact form and the Cara chat assistant, stores enquiries securely, runs the Turnstile anti-spam check, and provides our cookieless website analytics.
- Anthropic: provides the AI model that powers Cara.
- Resend: sends enquiry emails to our inbox.
Cookies
This website does not set any tracking or advertising cookies. We store a small flag in your browser's local storage only to remember that you have dismissed the cookie notice. Cloudflare (including the Turnstile anti-spam check on the chat) may set a strictly necessary cookie or make network requests in accordance with its own policies. To see how many people visit the site we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and collects no personal data, and taps on the call and email buttons are counted as plain numbers only.
Data Retention
Enquiries submitted through the contact form or the Cara chat widget are held in our secure lead-management database and are automatically deleted after 90 days. Any enquiry details held in email are retained only as long as necessary to respond to and fulfil your request, and not beyond a reasonable period after the matter is resolved.
Your Rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data
- Object to processing
- Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (Ireland) at dataprotection.ie
