Cloudflare (including the Turnstile anti-spam check on the chat) may set a strictly necessary cookie or make network requests in accordance with its own policies.
Data Retention
Enquiries submitted through the contact form or the Cara chat widget are held in our secure lead-management database and are automatically deleted after 90 days. Any enquiry details held in email are retained only as long as necessary to respond to and fulfil your request, and not beyond a reasonable period after the matter is resolved.
